We stand behind every product we sell. We believe our tools can genuinely improve your life — but if they don't work for you, we don't want your money. Simple as that.
Send an email to info@lifedecide.com with the subject "Refund Request" and your order confirmation email or Stripe receipt.
We'll confirm receipt within 24 hours (usually much faster) and initiate the refund immediately. No questionnaires, no "exit interviews", no retention tactics.
Refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method. Typically appears within 5-10 business days depending on your bank/card issuer.
Refund requests after 30 days are handled on a case-by-case basis. We're reasonable people — if you have a genuine issue, reach out and we'll do our best to help.
If you purchased the Life Transformation Stack (Bundle) and request a refund, you receive a full refund of the bundle price ($79). Partial refunds for individual products within the bundle are not available.
If you purchased an individual product and later want to upgrade to the Bundle, email us with your original receipt. We'll apply your previous purchase as a credit toward the bundle price.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from digital content purchases within 14 days under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), unless you have explicitly consented to waive this right upon receiving immediate access to the digital content.
Our 30-day guarantee exceeds this requirement, giving you double the standard protection.
