1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LifeDecide.com ("Website") or purchasing any digital products ("Products"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Website or use our Products.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Smart Alert Tech LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), registered at Sharjah Media City (Shams), Sharjah, UAE.

2. Products & Licensing

2.1 What You're Buying

LifeDecide Products are interactive, browser-based digital tools delivered as downloadable HTML files. Products include: The Clarity Journal, The Decision Engine, The Anxiety Toolkit, Mind Upgrade OS, The Relationship Audit, Life Reset System, and The Life Transformation Stack (Bundle).

2.2 License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to:

• Use the Product(s) on any number of personal devices
• Use the Product(s) for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Receive free updates to purchased Product(s) when available

2.3 License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Products with others
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works
• Use the Products for commercial purposes (e.g., charging clients for access)
• Upload the Products to any public website, file-sharing platform, or marketplace
• Claim authorship or ownership of the Products

Violation of these terms may result in license termination without refund.

3. Purchases & Payments

3.1 Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect completed purchases.

3.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We never see or store your full credit card number.

3.3 Delivery

Products are delivered digitally. After successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your Product(s). If you experience any delivery issues, contact info@lifedecide.com.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website and in the Products — including text, design, code, graphics, logos, and user interface — is the intellectual property of Smart Alert Tech LLC and is protected by copyright law.

The LifeDecide name, logo, and product names are trademarks of Smart Alert Tech LLC.

6.1 Health & Wellness Disclaimer

The Anxiety Toolkit, Clarity Journal, and other wellness-related Products provide information based on generally accepted wellness practices (such as CBT techniques and breathing exercises). They are intended as complementary tools and do not constitute medical treatment or diagnosis.

6.2 Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary. Testimonials and reviews represent individual experiences and are not guaranteed outcomes. The effectiveness of our Products depends on individual circumstances, effort, and consistency of use.

6.3 "As Is" Provision

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Alert Tech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product(s) in question.

8. User Accounts & Communication

Currently, LifeDecide does not require user accounts. If you provide your email address (through quiz completion or purchase), you may receive:

• Transactional emails: Purchase confirmations, download links, refund confirmations
• Marketing emails (with consent): Product recommendations, new tool announcements, tips

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by contacting us.

You agree not to use the Website or Products to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
